These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at adrolab.ai (the "Site"), operated by ADROLAB, which is two companies: ADRO LAB Innovation Ltd (Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, UAE; DIFC License No. CL13633) and ADRO LAB, INC. (Delaware, USA) ("ADROLAB", "we", "us"). Section 12 explains which of the two provides the Site to you. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about ADROLAB and its products and services. Content may change at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer, contract, or professional advice, and sending a message or a booking request through the Site does not create a business relationship until separately agreed in writing.

2. The website chat

The chat on the Site is an AI assistant. Its answers are written automatically by AI models, based on information about ADROLAB, and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not an offer, a quote, or professional advice; anything binding is confirmed by a person from our team in writing. Please do not share sensitive or confidential information in the chat. How chat messages are handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related infrastructure.
• Interfere with the Site or impair how it works, including by introducing malware or sending automated or abusive traffic, to the chat or anywhere else.
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content through the chat, the booking or sign-up forms, or email.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the ADROLAB name and marks, design, and code, are owned by ADROLAB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for normal personal viewing of the Site.

5. Submissions

If you send us ideas, feedback, or other information through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to operate and improve our products and services. Please do not send confidential information you do not wish us to use.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

7. AI usage and Content Credits

Certain ADROLAB services generate content or perform work using artificial-intelligence systems. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, such usage is billed in ADROLAB Content Credits at the rate card in force at the time of generation, as published by ADROLAB or stated in the applicable service agreement. Credit prices are all-inclusive: they cover platform procurement, orchestration, quality assurance, retries, monitoring, and administration. The rate card may be updated with thirty (30) days' notice; credits already purchased retain their value. Credits are prepaid and non-transferable and, unless otherwise agreed, remain valid for twelve (12) months from purchase. Where a client elects to run AI usage on accounts held in the client's own name, those third-party charges are billed by the respective providers directly to the client.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADROLAB and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADROLAB from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

Which ADROLAB company provides the Site to you, and which law applies, depends on where you are:

• Outside the United States. The Site is provided by ADRO LAB Innovation Ltd. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site.
• In the United States. The Site is provided by ADRO LAB, INC. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute.

In both cases, nothing in this section takes away any mandatory rights you have under the law of the place where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
